inspired--winged liner, nude shadows.

winged liner
This is by far my favorite makeup trend. It is so simple to do and it makes your eyes POP!!! You just need a few things for this one.
Light-Medium ash brown shadow/pencil for brows.
Light golden brown shadow.
White/iridescent shadow.
Black Mascara.
Black Liquid liner.

1. Start with your shadow-using a crease brush "pat" in circular motions the golden-brown shadow color; working from the outside in.{just in creases} If it is too light you can add another layer. Swipe the brush over your lids with what is left on the brush. If necessary blend the shadow between creases and brows. Repeat on the other side.

2. Using the lighter{white} shadow, apply in the corners of your eyes working your way in and under neath brows. {it should all be blended, from white to golden brown.} Repeat on the other side.

3. Using your angled brush, fill in brows.

4.Next using your liquid liner, start in the center of your lid creating a smooth line to the outside and angling it up slightly. From the center, continue the line in to the corner of your eye. Repeat on the other side. This creates the winged effect, it should be thin to thick.
{For a more dramatic effect you can make the line longer and thicker off the corners of your eye.}

5. Lastly, apply your mascara. For best results layer it on. The first 2 layers should be thin to avoid clumpy lashes.
Optional; take your angled brush and use some of the golden-brown shadow to swipe along the outside corner of the lower lid. :)

Change the colors up to what works best for you. Makeup is yet another form of expression and should represent you!
If you don't get the winged effect down perfect, just practice. You'll have it perfected in no time!

Tomorrow's Friday...finally :)
