protect and repair.

found here.

With all this sun and amazing weather I feel it's important to share with you how to protect your lovely locks! Chlorine, salt-water and sun can do work on our hair and those once lustrous strands become damaged and frayed. If you color your hair you know what all of these things do. I have a few products that will help to prevent damage to your hair and repair what's already done.

Eufora's Hydration Leave-in Conditioner.
This is an amazing leave-in. It is so moisturizing yet light-weight and not greasy at all. I live off of this stuff, especially come summer time. A surprising fact- this bottle contains 75% pharmaceutical grade, certified organic, aloe-vera gel. PLUS--it has sun protecting properties which are cinnamon derived that work wonders on color treated and high-lighted hair.
*I put this in after getting out of the pool and it restores my hair to its silky, shiny state instantly!*
When you realize its too late or just want a little extra help conditioning, this one's for you!
Another great eufora product; urgent repair replenishing treatment. It contains 85% pharmaceutical grade certified organic aloe-vera gel; and menthol and camphor (which stimulate the skin and scalp and nourish your hair!) Not only is this awesome for your hair but great for sunburns! The aloe to soothe and the menthol and camphor to cool it down. Put some on at night and you'll wake up to a noticeably weakened burn. :)
Davines- such a wonderful line! :)
Originating in Italy, this natural product contains only the purest ingredients for your hair. I love this mask, you can use it daily or weekly for some extra repair. Its conditioning properties make it perfect for those of us who love to high-light our hair a little TOO excessively. ;)

Blondies-hate how your hair starts to turn green after a few too many dips in the pool?
Use leave-in conditioner before you jump in and you'll have a protective barrier. If it's already green, use a clarifying shampoo.
**Tip- don't use it too often or you'll need some extensive conditioning treatments :P

These same tricks can help out you darker haired peeps as well as red-heads! If you hate how your hair starts to turn brassy, use the leave-in!!

Go easy on those strands, after all, hair is our greatest accessory!

Happy Friday hair lovers! :)
